Nature has provided various foods and fruits. But every food carries own functions. Some food is rich in vitamins, some in proteins or some in fats. Similarly some are good, some vengeful. Rice, wheat, maize, pulses, pumpkin, garlic,, tomato, cucumber, potato, carrot, radish,, green vegetables and fruits etc are the balanced diet. We can get vitamins, carbohydrate, fat, vitamin and minerals from such foods.

The food that children, adult or the old is this. But, among this food there is the food or the fruits that will give the energy to the brain or increase the memorizing power. This type of food can be find in your own garden, farm area or surrounding. So this type of food are mentioned here.

Syzygium cumini fruits:
This fruit has been seen and eaten by all but many of them do not know that this increases the memorization power. This is found in the rainy season and it is very beneficial. This purifies the blood and make your skin shiny and also it reduces the irritating habits. This removes the stomach problems, makes the skin shiny and increases the memory. Eating this as a snacks every morning and evening would be very beneficial.

Spinach:
Spinach is the natural gift that will increase the memory power and activates the brain. This is the better green vegetables rather than others. It contains vitamin a,b,c, Chlorophyll, riboflavin, sodium etc. This contains the protein like meat.

Many of the children dislike this vegetable but it will freshen your mind as well as body and provides the energy to the brain. The dietitian has proved that this is one of the important brain tonic. So the people who eats the spinach has been increased highly. This can be eaten in various ways. It can be eaten as salad, soup, vegetable. Eating the soup of this will be beneficial. But it contains oxalic acid which might bring the problem of kidney stone.

Gooseberry:
Among fruits gooseberry is one of the effective fruit. This is a home of vitamin c. This makes the bone, teeth and saliva strong. It won’t let the hair get white. It increases the memorizing power and increases the energy of the body. It will also helps in vision. It helps to prevent the various disease like blood presuure, heart attack, cancer, kidney and lungs problems, blood problems, jaundice, TV, Bone and Urine disease etc. Gooseberry is another brain tonic food. This will stop ageing because it contains anti oxidant enzyme. It contains the power to fight with the disease, blood pressure and the elements that will help to increase the energy that no other fruit or medicine can provide.

Eating the gooseberry one or two per day is very beneficial. This can be used in various ways like pickles, salad etc. But if you eat the jam of the gooseberry as a breakfast that is very beneficial.

Strawberry:
It is another important fruit like the gooseberry. The red and tasty fruit keeps the brain healthy. Eating strawbeery as possible is good.

Almond:
Almond is the king of the brain food. This contains every elements that our body requires. This is very beneficial for the brain. There are two types of peanuts sweet and bitter. Sweet peanuts will be tastier. This is beneficial for the childrens to the old age. Make the peanuts wet in the water than remove the cover and make a paste and eat with the milk. The milk of peanuts or the oil will increase the memorization as well as vision. This is eye tonic too.

Walnut:
Likewise peanuts, walnut is also the brain tonic food. The shape of the walnut is same like the brain. But the peanuts and the walnuts are not produced in Nepal. If possible eat the peanuts and walnuts as the snacks.

Sprouted Seeds:
This is the nectar food. They say that until the core of the parts of the body will be rebuild the ageing won’t occur and the body remains healthy and strong. But if the problems comes while developing the core of the body the development will stop. If this happens the body starts ageing and weakness occurs. But if you include vitamin e, c in your daily food than it will helps to rebuild the cores or the parts of the body. Until this runs effectively, the ageing won’t occur. Naturally your age will grow but you won’t look old like we can say you might be of 60 but you will look like 40. So in breakfast if you eat sprouted seed that will be very beneficial.

Other brain foods:
Apple, garlic, black grapes, carrot, cabbage etc will provide the diets to the brains and provides the energy. The fruit of pipal will also be beneficial for the mind. Similarly cucumber, seed of watermelon is also the brain food.According to Ayurveda garlic is a medicine that is very effective. Garlic reduces the blood pressure, purifies the blood and reduces the cholesterol. It will help to maintain the cognitive process.food food1 food2
